If you receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order, please email us at info@clutchedbyaa.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include a copy of your invoice/receipt and clear pictures of the product.
Upon receiving your email with the required documents and pictures, our team of experts will review your request and provide our findings within 7 working days.Â
If your request is accepted, you will be asked to ship back the product(s) with the original packaging to our office in Rutherford, NJ. Please take utmost care in repackaging and shipping the products to avoid any incidental damage during the return process.
The exchange or refund for your returned product will then be determined and processed accordingly.
Once an order is placed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details, followed by another email containing the tracking information once the package ships.
We strive to deliver orders within 3-8 working days. If you need your product delivered sooner, please contact us at info@clutchedbyaa.com.
Clutched by Akanksha is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch by emailing us at info@clutchedbyaa.com with your order details. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you cancel the order before it is dispatched, any payments made will be refunded in full.
