Return Policy for Clutched by Akanksha

At Clutched by Akanksha, we take meticulous care and conduct stringent quality checks to ensure that every item reaches you in perfect condition. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, offering accurate images and detailed specifications to assist you in making the best choice.

Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility: For returns/exchange, kindly notify us within the first 24 hours after the receipt of merchandise by writing to us at info@clutchedbyaa.com with images of the same OR filling the form on our website – MAKE FORM

Return Shipping: A return shipping fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Condition: Products that have been used cannot be returned. In the event of a return, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is found to be damaged upon arrival at our warehouse.

Procedure: For eligible items, please email us at info@clutchedbyaa.com within 24 hours of receipt. Include a copy of your receipt, pictures of the product, and reasons for the return.

Important Notes

Handcrafted Products: Our products are handcrafted, and slight irregularities or imperfections in color or embellishment are normal. These add to the charm and uniqueness of each piece.

Variations: Locks/clasps on clutches may vary slightly depending on available materials during manufacturing.

Color Differences: The light settings on your device may slightly impact the color of the product.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Bulk Orders: Bulk orders are not eligible for return.

What If My Order Is Incomplete, Incorrect, or Damaged?

If you receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order, please email us at info@clutchedbyaa.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include a copy of your invoice/receipt and clear pictures of the product.

Upon receiving your email with the required documents and pictures, our team of experts will review your request and provide our findings within 7 working days.

If your request is accepted, you will be asked to ship back the product(s) with the original packaging to our office in Rutherford, NJ. Please take utmost care in repackaging and shipping the products to avoid any incidental damage during the return process.

The exchange or refund for your returned product will then be determined and processed accordingly.

SHIPPING

Once an order is placed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details, followed by another email containing the tracking information once the package ships.

We strive to deliver orders within 3-8 working days. If you need your product delivered sooner, please contact us at info@clutchedbyaa.com.

Clutched by Akanksha is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch by emailing us at info@clutchedbyaa.com with your order details. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you cancel the order before it is dispatched, any payments made will be refunded in full.
