PLEASE NOTE 
 1. All of our products have been crafted by hand and may have slight irregularities or imperfections in color or embellishment. These irregularities are the result of the human involvement in the process and add to the  charm of bags being hand embroidered while ensuring you have a one-of-a-kind piece. Locks/clasps of clutches may be slightly different depending on what is available during the manufacturing process.

1. What is the return policy for Clutchedbyaa?
We at Clutched by Akanksha take utmost care and do stringent quality checks to ensure that the items are delivered to you in perfect condition. Our objective is to provide a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Hence, we provide you with honest images and exact specifications for you to make an informed decision.
We accept returns for orders placed within 14 days. Please notify us immediately about returning an item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2.  What if I receive a damaged product?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at clutchedbyaa@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • All sale items are final sale, cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • Any used product will not be returned
3. Do I have to pay shipping cost while returning the product?

Return Shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We do not cover any returns cost.

4. How are returns processed? 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at clutchedbyaa@gmail.com.

5. What if I need expedited shipping? 

Please contact us if you need bags on urgent basis. We will do our best to expedite shipping.
